AYNSW requires all who wish to take a trial lesson to complete a detailed waiver and bring it with them on the day of the trial lesson. No trial can be held without the completed waiver. To download the waiver click here.

If you do not have a dogi (training uniform) please wear loose comfortable clothing. Showers and change rooms are available at the dojo.
